Retrieving Registration Code After purchasing our product, you will receive a registration code e-mail from us. This process usually takes no more than half an hour. But sometimes people gave mailboxes that are protected by anti-spam software or even incorrect (especially those AOL mailboxes, we always have problems with those), and thus cannot receive their codes. In this case, you can use the following form to enter either the e-mail that you used while purchasing, or your HotSync ID, or the reference number to retrieve your code. NOTE: If you purchased from Palm, Inc.'s web site, your code CANNOT be retrieved using e-mail address. If your code cannot be found and you believe this is a mistake, please contact us: support[at]adarian.com.
