"I have lots of monthly bills, can Adarian Money help me with that?"
We all have lots of recurring transactions in our daily lives. For example, cell phone bills,
electricity bills, credit card payments, mortgage payments, ..., etc. Adarian Money, a complete personal finance program for Windows, can
insert these recurring transactions automatically when they're due, or, it
can remind you of a payment before it's due so
that you won't miss anything!
Recurring frequency -- Adarian Money supports
14 different kinds of frequencies such as weekly, monthly, twice a month, yearly, ... etc. You can assign
frequencies based on weekdays like "repeat on the last Wednesday of every month". For non-regular transactions, you can even specify the
individual due dates. |
| |
Automatic Processing -- You have four options of what the program
should do when a scheduled transaction is due:
- Automatic Insert -- When it's due, a new transaction is automatically inserted into the database.
- Ask the user -- When starting up Money, the program will check for all due transactions. It'll prompt the user
and let the user handle it.
-
Remind the user -- Like an alarm clock, Money displays a message in the System Tray to remind you of an upcoming a
transaction. You can specify how many days ahead, at what time of the day the message should appear.
- Overdue silently -- The scheduled transaction will simply become overdue when it's
due, without giving any prompt or reminding messages. The user should later review overdue transactions and
resolve them.

Upcoming Transactions -- Adarian Money provides many ways for you to
see the future upcoming transactions.
One of such examples is the Bills Calendar report. You can choose to use
either one-month or four-month style. |
| |
The second example is the Current Status report, which gives you a bird's eye view of your current
financial status. The "What's Coming Next" section in this report shows what scheduled transactions
will be due in the next few days. Also, the line chart shows what your future expense/income will be like.
|
| |
The third example is the account balance chart. This chart plots the daily changes of an account's balance. For
example, you have several bills automatically charged to your Visa card.
By looking at the daily balance chart, you can get to see how the credit
card's balance will change when those scheduled transactions are due. |
