Monthly Bills (Scheduled Transactions)
We all have lots of recurring transactions in our daily lives. For example, cell phone bills, electricity bills, credit card payment, mortgage payment, ..., etc. Adarian Money for Windows Mobile, a complete personal finance program for Windows Mobile PDAs or smartphones, can insert these recurring transactions automatically when they're due. Moreover, it reminds you of a payment before it's due so that you won't miss anything.
Recurring
frequency -- Adarian Money supports 14 different kinds of frequencies such as
weekly, monthly, twice a month, yearly, ... etc. You can assign
frequencies based on weekdays like "repeat on the last Wednesday of
every month". For non-regular transactions, you can even specify the
individual due dates. |
Automatic Processing -- You have four options of what the program
should do when a scheduled transaction is due:
|
Upcoming Transactions -- Adarian Money provides many ways for you to
see the future upcoming transactions. One
of such examples is the Bills Calendar report. Days that have scheduled
transactions are marked by bold digits. When clicking on these days, a
list of due transactions will be shown and you can act upon them. |
A
second example is the Current Status view, which gives you a bird's eye view of your current
financial status. The "What's Coming" section in this view shows what
scheduled transactions will be due in the next few days.
